Event Video Production for Associations, Chambers and Conferences
A recap your members share the same week, and a promo that fills the room next year. For chambers of commerce, trade associations, conferences, galas, expos and groundbreakings across Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.
Bokeh Film Production films events for chambers of commerce, trade and industry associations, business conferences, award banquets, golf outings, expos, groundbreakings, grand openings and ribbon cuttings in Milwaukee and across Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.
An event is over in a day. The video is what makes it worth more than the day. A 60 to 90 second recap gives your members something to share, your sponsors something to show their boards, and your staff the promo for next year before the chairs are stacked. We film with two cameras and a drone where the venue allows, and we deliver within the week, because a recap that shows up a month later is a memory, not marketing.
What an event video has to do
1. Give members something to share
The recap is the post everyone who attended will share, and it reaches the member who did not come and the business that has not joined yet. We cut it to run on LinkedIn and Facebook with captions, and we deliver a square and vertical version so it works everywhere your members are.
2. Keep sponsors coming back
Sponsors want to see their logo on the banner and their people in the room. A recap that shows both, delivered with a thank-you note, is the easiest renewal conversation your development staff will have all year. Ask us about a short sponsor-specific cut.
3. Sell next year’s tickets
The best promo for next year’s conference is this year’s conference. We shoot with that in mind: the keynote, the room, the networking, the reactions, and a few quick interviews with attendees on why they came. The promo is ready months before registration opens.
4. Build the association’s case
Beyond the single event, associations and chambers need a membership video that explains, in two minutes, what members get and why it is worth the dues. We produce those too, often from the footage of a year of events.
What we film at an event
- Keynotes, panels and award presentations with clean audio from the board
- The room: arrivals, networking, sponsors, the details your committee worked on
- Quick attendee and sponsor interviews, two or three questions each
- Golf outings, from the first tee to the awards dinner
- Groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings and grand openings, including the aerial view with drone footage (FAA Part 107 certified)
- Expos and trade shows, including short exhibitor spotlights
- Galas and banquets, including the pre-event film that plays before the ask
- Event photography alongside the video when you need both
We coordinate with your venue and AV team ahead of time, keep a low profile in the room, and never block a sightline. Two shooters on larger events so nothing is missed.

What it costs
Event coverage with a recap video from $2,500 for a half-day event, and most full-day events land between $3,500 and $4,500 depending on the length of the event, drone coverage and how many cuts you need. That includes a 60 to 90 second recap, a square and vertical version for social, and delivery within the week. Sponsor cuts, attendee interview pieces and next-year promos are added at scope.
Membership and association brand videos from $3,500. A monthly partnership for a chamber or association that runs events all year is often the better deal; ask on the call.
Questions event organizers ask us
How much does an event recap video cost?
Event coverage with a recap starts at $2,500 for a half-day event. Most full-day events land between $3,500 and $4,500 depending on length, drone coverage and the number of cuts. Multi-day conferences are scoped individually. Every quote is written, and the price on the scope is the price you pay.
How quickly do we get the video?
Within the week for most events, and we can plan for a next-morning social cut if your team wants to post while the event is still fresh. Tell us your date and when you need it and we will work backward.
Can you film the keynote with good audio?
Yes. We take a feed from the house sound board when the venue allows and run our own microphones as a backup, so speeches and panels are usable in the recap and as stand-alone clips.
Do you provide raw footage?
The recap and the cuts in the scope are the deliverables. If you want a longer cut of a keynote or the full award presentation, tell us before the event and we will scope it. We keep the footage, so a next-year promo or a membership video can be built from it later.
Will you fly a drone at our venue?
Where the venue and airspace allow, yes. Our pilot is FAA Part 107 certified and handles airspace authorization. Send us the venue address and we will tell you before the event what is possible.
Do you cover events outside Milwaukee?
Yes. We cover events throughout Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois, including Madison and the Fox Valley for conferences. Travel inside the Milwaukee metro, surrounding counties and Lake County, Illinois is included; beyond that we quote it. See all the areas we serve and our Northern Illinois page.
Book the camera before you book the caterer.
Send us the event date, the venue and what you need the video to do, and we will scope it. Written scope and price within two business days.
