Social Media Video Content in Milwaukee

One day on the job turned into 8 to 12 short vertical videos, so you stay visible without the weekly scramble. From $1,500 per shoot day.

Bokeh Film Production produces short-form social media video for contractors and business owners in Milwaukee and across Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Everyone knows they should be posting. Almost nobody has time to film a job site clip, edit it, write a caption and post it three times a week. So we batch it.

One shoot day on your jobs gives us enough to cut 8 to 12 vertical videos: job site clips, before-and-afters, how-it-works explainers, quick owner tips, crew moments. Delivered captioned and ready to post, or posted for you as part of a monthly partnership. Your feed looks alive for a month, and the content keeps working as ad creative long after that.

Who social content is for

  • Contractors and home service companies whose best marketing is the work itself, filmed as it happens
  • Owners who have tried to post consistently and burned out after three weeks
  • Businesses running Meta ads that need fresh creative every month instead of the same three videos
  • Companies with a brand film already finished that now need the steady drumbeat around it

What is included in a shoot day

Planning

  • A content list before the shoot: which jobs, which topics, what to show, which questions we will ask you on camera
  • Hooks and talking points for the owner, written in plain language
  • Scheduling around the jobs that will look best on camera

Filming

  • Six to eight hours across one or two job sites
  • Vertical and horizontal footage, so clips work on every platform
  • Short on-camera segments with the owner or a lead: tips, explanations, answers to common customer questions
  • Drone shots when the site calls for it

Deliverables

  • 8 to 12 edited vertical videos, 15 to 60 seconds each, captioned
  • Suggested captions and hashtags for each one
  • A posting calendar for the month
  • One round of revisions on the batch

Add-ons

  • Posting and community management (included in partnerships)
  • Meta ad campaigns built from the best clips
  • A longer YouTube piece cut from the same day

What the videos actually are

People scroll past ads and stop for something real. The clips that perform best for contractors are not polished commercials; they are honest looks at the work:

  • A 20 second before-and-after with the owner’s voice over the top
  • The crew solving a problem on site, explained in one sentence
  • “Three things to ask before you hire a roofer,” answered by someone who is one
  • A customer’s reaction at the walkthrough
  • The shop at 6:30 a.m. and the trucks pulling out
  • A straight answer to a pricing question people are afraid to ask

Social content pricing

A social content shoot day is $1,500 and produces 8 to 12 finished vertical videos, which works out to roughly $125 to $190 per video. Booked monthly through a partnership, the shoot day is included along with posting, and on the larger plans, ad campaign management and reporting.

Travel inside the Milwaukee metro, surrounding counties and Lake County, Illinois is included.

Frequently asked questions

How many videos do we get from one day?

Eight to twelve finished vertical videos, each 15 to 60 seconds. The exact count depends on how many jobs and topics we can cover; two job sites in a day usually lands at the top of the range.

Which platforms are these for?

Facebook and Instagram first, because that is where homeowners are. The same clips work on YouTube Shorts and TikTok, and the horizontal versions work on your website and Google Business Profile.

Do we have to post them ourselves?

You can, with the captions and calendar we provide. Most clients prefer that we post for them, which is part of every monthly partnership.

How often should we film?

Once a month is the sweet spot for most contractors: enough to post two or three times a week with fresh material, without content going stale. Busy season sometimes justifies two days.

Does the owner have to be on camera?

The clips with the owner talking consistently outperform the ones without, so we encourage it and keep it painless: short segments, questions in advance, no memorizing. If you would rather not, the work itself still makes good content.

Can these be used as ads?

Yes, and they should be. The best two or three clips from each batch make strong Meta ad creative because they look like the content people already stop for. On the Growth and Scale partnership plans we build and run those campaigns.
