Scheduled filming every month, edited and posted for you, with Meta ad campaigns and reporting on the larger plans. Partnerships start at $1,800 per month, month to month, no long-term contract.

How we scope a project

Every quote starts with a short call. We ask what the video needs to do (win estimates, fill a crew, keep your social channels alive), who is going to watch it, and where it will run. From there we recommend the smallest project that will actually do the job, not the biggest one you might say yes to.

  1. Discovery call (20 to 30 minutes). Goals, audience, locations, timeline.
  2. Written scope and price within two business days. Deliverables, shoot dates, revision rounds, final cost. No surprises later.
  3. Filming on a schedule that works around your crews and customers. Most single projects are one shoot day.
  4. Edit and delivery in two to three weeks, formatted for every platform you will use, with guidance on where to put it.

You will work directly with Josiah, the owner, from the first call through delivery. There is no account manager in between.

Single projects range from about $1,800 for one customer testimonial to $6,500 for a full brand film with multiple locations and interviews. Monthly partnerships run $1,800 to $4,500 per month depending on how many shoot days and whether we manage your ad campaigns. Drone footage adds $450 to any shoot. Travel inside Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington, Racine and Kenosha counties and Lake County, Illinois is included.

Frequently asked questions

How far do you travel?

Travel is included anywhere in the Milwaukee metro, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington, Racine and Kenosha counties, and Lake County, Illinois. Farther than that is usually a small mileage add-on that will be in your written scope.

How long does a project take?

Most single-video projects are delivered two to three weeks after the shoot day. Recruiting and brand films with multiple locations can take four. If you have a hard deadline, tell us on the first call and we will plan around it.

Do you write the script?

We plan every shoot and prepare interview questions, but almost nothing we produce is scripted word for word. Owners and customers speaking in their own words is what makes people trust the video. We guide the conversation and edit it into a clear story.

Who owns the footage?

You own the finished videos outright and can run them anywhere, forever. Raw footage stays archived with us and is available on request.

Can you help us use the videos after they are delivered?

Yes. Every project is delivered in the formats you need for your website, Google Business Profile, YouTube and social channels, with a short plan for where each piece should go. If you want us to post for you and run ad campaigns, that is what the monthly partnership is for.

Do we need to be on camera?

The owner or a lead on camera is the single biggest trust builder, so we encourage it, and we make it comfortable. If that is a hard no, customer testimonials and crew-focused footage still work.
