Our team has spent years inside church ministry and knows how a Sunday morning runs, what a conference weekend takes out of a staff, and how much is riding on the five minutes before the offering.
A church or nonprofit has the best stories of any organization we work with and usually the least time to tell them. The volunteer who has run the food pantry for 20 years. The teenager who came to camp on a dare. The family a disaster relief fund kept in their house. We film those stories the way they deserve, and we make sure they show up where the congregation, the donors and the neighborhood will actually see them.
What video does for a church or nonprofit
1. Sets the vision for the year
An annual theme video introduces the year’s focus to the whole congregation at once, with the pastor’s voice, the people and the places it will play out. It runs on the first Sunday, lives on the website and comes back at every milestone. Ministry and campaign videos work the same way for a building fund, a missions push or a new campus.
2. Fills the room
Conferences, camps, Christmas and Easter services, VBS, banquets and community events all need a promo that gets shared, and a recap that makes next year’s decision easy. We film the event, cut a recap within the week, and build the promo for next year from the same footage.
3. Moves people to give
Donors give to people, not programs. A story film that follows one person your organization has helped, in their own words, is the most effective thing you can show at a gala, send in a year-end appeal or put on a donation page. It also tells your board and your volunteers why the work matters.
4. Keeps the congregation connected
Testimonies, baptism stories, ministry spotlights and a weekly look at what is happening give your social pages a reason to exist and reach the family that just moved in down the street. A monthly batch of short videos keeps it going without adding to the staff.

What it costs
Single projects: theme, vision and story films from $3,500, most land between $3,500 and $6,500. Event coverage with a recap video from $2,500. A social content shoot day, 8 to 12 short videos from one day, $1,500. Testimony and spotlight videos from $1,800 for one or $3,500 for a half day of two or three. Drone footage of the campus added to any shoot for $450.
We offer a ministry and nonprofit rate on multi-video packages and annual plans. Ask on the call and we will tell you plainly what it is.

How much does a church video cost?
Theme, vision and story films start at $3,500. Event recaps start at $2,500. A half day of testimony videos is $3,500 for two or three. Social content shoot days are $1,500. We offer a reduced rate on multi-video packages for ministries and nonprofits, so if you are planning a year of video, tell us and we will price it as a plan.
Can you film during a service without being a distraction?
Yes. We have spent a lot of time in church services and know where to stand. Small cameras, no lights in the sanctuary unless you want them, and we coordinate with your tech team ahead of time. The congregation forgets we are there after the first song.
We have volunteers who film. Why hire someone?
Keep your volunteers for the weekly livestream. Hire us for the handful of videos a year that have to land: the theme video, the gala film, the conference promo, the campaign appeal. Those are the ones people judge the ministry by, and they are the ones that are hardest to make well on a Sunday with a borrowed camera.
How fast can you turn around an event recap?
Highlights within the week for most events. Tell us when you need it, whether that is the next Sunday or the following morning’s social post, and we will plan the edit around it.
Do you do missionary and ministry support videos?
Yes. A five to seven minute support video that replaces the slide presentation lets a missionary family or a ministry tell their story in every church they visit, and it keeps working on a website and in email between visits.
Do you work outside Milwaukee?
Yes. We film throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, including Menomonee Falls, Waukesha, West Bend, Racine and Kenosha, and in Lake County, Illinois. Travel in those areas is included. See all the areas we serve and our Northern Illinois page.
