Video Production for Restaurants, Retail and Local Brands
Commercials, social content and owner stories that make people walk in, order and come back. For restaurants, shops, showrooms, dealerships and local product brands across Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.
Bokeh Film Production makes video for restaurants, bars, specialty food and beverage brands, retail shops, showrooms, dealerships, entertainment venues and family businesses in Milwaukee and across Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.
A restaurant or a shop sells an experience, and you cannot describe an experience in a Google listing. You can show it. The brisket coming out of the smoker at 5 a.m., the owner who has been behind the counter for 30 years, the showroom at golden hour. People decide where to eat and where to shop on their phones, usually in a few seconds, and the business whose video makes them feel something wins.
What video does for a restaurant or shop
1. A commercial that actually runs
A 30 or 60 second spot built for Meta and YouTube ads within 10 miles of your door. Food, faces, the room, one clear reason to come in. We produce it in horizontal and vertical so it runs everywhere, and we can manage the ad campaign for you.
2. A month of social content from one day
Most restaurants and shops post when someone remembers to. A social content shoot day turns one day in your kitchen or on your floor into 8 to 12 short vertical videos: the specials, the process, the staff, the thing you do that nobody else does. Posted for you on a schedule, it keeps you in the feed without anyone on your staff holding a phone.
3. The owner’s story
Family businesses, founders and makers have a story customers want to hear, and a brand film tells it in 90 seconds. It goes on your homepage, your Google Business Profile and the About page people read before they decide you are worth the drive.
4. Launches and events
A new location, a new product, a festival, a holiday promotion. We produce the promo that gets people there and the recap that gets them talking afterward.
What we film
- Food and drink, close and in motion, with the lighting it deserves
- The owner, the chef, the staff and the regulars in their own words
- The room, the showroom and the product on the shelf
- Process: the prep, the build, the thing you make by hand
- Product videos for local brands selling online and on store shelves
- Dealership and showroom inventory, including drone footage of the lot (FAA Part 107 certified)
- Grand openings, tastings, festivals and in-store events
- Short answers to the questions customers ask every day: hours, parking, what to order first
We film around service, usually mid-morning or mid-afternoon, and we are in and out of a kitchen without getting in the way of the line.

Questions restaurants and shops ask us
How much does a restaurant video cost?
A social content shoot day is $1,500 and produces 8 to 12 short videos. A brand film with a 30 second commercial cut starts at $3,500. Monthly partnerships, which are the best fit for a restaurant that wants to stay in the feed and run ads, start at $1,800 per month. Every number is written into the scope before we film.
Will you be in the way during service?
No. We film the kitchen and the food during prep, mid-morning or between lunch and dinner, and we film the room when it is full with a small camera and no lights. We have worked in a lot of kitchens and know where to stand.
Can you run the ads too?
Yes. On the Growth and Scale partnership plans we manage your Meta campaigns, targeting people within driving distance of your location, and report on what it is doing each month. That is usually the fastest way to turn the video into customers.
We sell a product in stores and online. Do you do product video?
Yes. Product videos, brand stories and short social clips for local food, beverage and consumer brands are a regular part of our work, and they double as the content your retail partners want for their own pages.
How quickly can we have the videos?
Social content is delivered within two weeks of the shoot. Brand films and commercials in three to four weeks. Event promos and recaps within the week when you need them fast.
Do you work outside Milwaukee?
Yes. We film in Oak Creek, Brookfield, Waukesha, Mequon, Racine, Kenosha and throughout Lake County, Illinois. Travel in those areas is included. See all the areas we serve and our Northern Illinois page.
Make them hungry before they get there.
Tell us what you serve or sell and who you need in the door, and we will scope the video that gets them there. Written scope and price within two business days.
